THIMUN Delegates: It is I, the THIMUN Guru, here to guide you on the do’s and don’ts of being a delegate. For those who didn’t read yesterday’s column (what an abomination!) a Guru is “a teacher and especially intellectual guide in matters of fundamental concern.”

1.Delegates, please refrain from using personal pronouns while in session. Seriously, the amount of times I’ve heard Chairs telling delegates off for doing this…

3.The Guru would like to underline the importance of being prepared for the conference. Delegates, researching your issue will not give you some incurable disease.
hat any notes sent by delegates are actually read by Admin staff before reaching their recipient. So please, no declaring your love for people you’ve only just met!

4.Oh, don’t wait until the last day to speak. You might want to try impressing your crush before the last day!
